Ginn began her real estate career nearly fifteen years ago after teaching elementary and middle school in Charleston County for four years. She decided to make a career change in 2000 and transition from teacher to realtor. Having worked for several resort real estate companies in the past, Ginn has extensive knowledge of the Charleston area from Kiawah to Wild Dunes.
A Georgia and Wyoming native, Ginn’s great appreciation for the outdoors brought her to Charleston, where she graduated from College of Charleston in 1995. Ginn has a reputation for placing a client’s needs, goals and objectives at the forefront of each transaction in combination with providing comprehensive communication, negotiation and management skills.
Ginn currently lives in Wild Dunes with her husband, Brad, and their son, James. Spending time between Charleston and their second home in Beech Mountain, North Carolina, Ginn and her family enjoy everything the Lowcountry and the High Country have to offer.
Since 1989, dunes properties has grown to be one of the Charleston Coast’s most successful boutique real estate firms, consistently ranking in the Top Five of Charleston County sales. From 2016-2018 the company closed a record $600 million in sales. Although the company has grown to five Charleston area offices, there’s still nothing more important to their success than a dedicated group of knowledgable agents. Their clients started saying it in 1989, and it’s truer now more than ever - “Nobody knows the Charleston Coast better.”
